псих., марк. модель диссонанса*, диссонансная атрибуционная модель* (модель поведения, при которой человек сначала совершает какое-л. действие, затем формирует свое отношение к этому действию, а затем получает новые знания; в маркетинге термин относится к модели поведения, согласно которой потребитель стремится снизить когнитивный диссонанс после покупки путем сбора позитивной информации о товаре и в итоге относит покупку к своим правильным решениям; т. е. потребитель сначала делает выбор в условиях неполной информации об альтернативных товарах, а затем стремиться подобрать информацию, которая подтвердила бы правильность его выбора)
